San Diego Pride Festival is one of the most exciting LGBTQIA+ celebrations in the United States, showcasing queer talent, culture, and community across a multi-day program. Past editions have featured performances from GRAMMY®-level artists such as Kehlani and Kim Petras, along with more than 100 performers across four stages, highlighting both local and international talent.
While organizers haven’t released information for 2026 yet, it’s expected to once again unite thousands under a theme that blends celebration, activism, and Pride’s unbreakable spirit.

Light Up the Cathedral: Pride and Faith Unite
This powerful interfaith event at St. Paul’s Episcopal Cathedral brings together LGBTQIA+ faith leaders and allies for a night of reflection, worship, and solidarity. After the service, the cathedral is illuminated in rainbow colors, a striking symbol of unity between faith and Pride.
Spirit of Stonewall Rally: Kicking Off the Weekend
Held in Hillcrest, this rally commemorates the Stonewall Riots of 1969 and honors LGBTQIA+ leaders who continue to fight for equality. The event traditionally leads into the Pride of Hillcrest Block Party, bringing the community together for a vibrant evening of music and celebration.
The Parade: A Party on the Streets
The San Diego Pride Parade takes over the city with 250,000+ supporters marching for equality and justice. Starting at Richmond & University, the parade proceeds through Sixth Avenue, heading toward Balboa Park. Expect floats, political statements, and performances that’ll have you dancing in the street.
The Festival: Celebrate Diversity, Inclusivity, and Pride
The San Diego Pride Festival is where the real party starts! Over 100 performers will take the stage across four stages, offering live music, drag shows, and dance performances. With performances from your favoerite artists and activists, plus local talents, the festival promises an unforgettable experience.
Enjoy the wellness and art zones, discover queer-owned businesses, and explore community booths. Whether you’re dancing to the beats of Eurovision pop, enjoying a drag performance, or relaxing in the family zone, the festival has something for everyone.
