If you want a small friendly bar where you’ll meet all types of people and enjoy good company then head straight there. My friends and I had a really good time. Very welcoming, great staff and fun.

Nice relaxing atmosphere. Friendly hosts and well made cocktails. If you enjoy a pub style bar this is the place. No money boys or hustling.

A small local bar, unpretentious. No fancy interior or cruising. Too close to busy street. I was there on a Friday, about ten guests from Holland, Britain, France and few locals. Sweet owner, former American, she sang songs (wow, pretty good!). Karaoke that night, also one professional singer. Sweet waiter.

This is one of the oldest gay establishments in Chiang Mai, though tenure has been spread over 3 owners so far I believe. I have experience with the last 2, both did excellent jobs. Currently it is being run by the sweetest person in the world who is like a mother to most of her clients. Be sure to go and have a chat with her, you can't miss her, she will stand out from the crowd. This is the ideal place for a quiet chat and drink with your friends, after dinner or before going partying somewhere else, since they close at midnight curfew.

Walked over from the Orchid hotel for a late drink (10 p.m.) where we were staying. I have a weakness for dumpy gay bars but this was horrible. So filthy that my arms almost stuck to the bar top. But the worse part was the fag hag expat owner stumbling around drunk and surly. I never liked drunk owners but the happy drunks are kind of fun. Not this one. I think she passed out out back before we left (at midnight).
