Closed for now- whole building under big renovation-if it will reopen or not unclear, BUT-if there is some one even reading this info or able to put it in good order (like many msg places are put in wrong area of BKK!): and so open to allow other sources: on the shamelessmack blogspot is a very recent map of the current 10/11 massage shops in the Sapan Kwai area-some are also posted here, like K-man and KK, with also many reviews of real visits to those shops. Most draw their staff from a big pool of some 120-150 guys, most are NOT Thai but Lao/Burmese/Khmer, and its more the individual guy as the shop who determins what service you will get/enjoy. In all you pay the shop a fee (around 4/600 THB for 1 hr msg in a private room) + a mostly clearly stated (as MIN) TIP to your provider-in cash and in the room after the session).
