Homo Sapiens has everything to shine as the best sauna in Latin America.
Too bad that every time I go more showers are broken and mor cubicles are destroyed not to mention the broken covers in sofas that are breeding grounds for bugs.

The public is the best thing in here
Yes, it's quite rundown and far from the luxury seen in similar saunas in Asia and Europe. However, the bar is great with a selection of cheap but great domestic wines and liquor. There's always a lot of action going on nearly everywhere - and that's what really matters,
Somewhat rundown, but works
Like many places in BA, it needs a good update and maintenance. Does have everything you need in a sauna plus more, including a bar that sells alcohol. Sprawling with lots of nooks and crannies to get lost in. But then it's all about the men and this place delivers. Mixed bunch, there's someone for everyone. Mostly local, lots of hot Argentinian men, no attitude detected, all up for good time. $250 gets you in, no memberships required. Great value for tourists.
