......and it's in decent hands:-) I really like the way the management has renewed and the ideas for turnover... The manager (I don't know who he is...)is very smart, he has made and kept a quality place in Vienna. Huge respect - Rudi would be proud!

Great bar, typical "eagle" vibe. I'm American and don't speak German, but everyone was nice to me when ordering drinks, etc. The backroom was active and guys of every sort were there and playing. Like everywhere in Vienna, the bar is foggy with cigarette smoke and it was hard to stay there for longer than 45 minutes because of it. I'll return to Vienna when they enact smoking bans in public places. If that happens, Eagle will be first on my list.

The bar is okay but they do not welcome English people. I don't know what it is but the minute you speak English the bar staff ignore you.

Beware, the minute you open your mouth to order a drink in English every person hates that you are there! Skip it and go to Red Carpet, had a better time there.
