Furama Chiang Mai

I had a very nice room in this hotel - so large i got tired of walking at the other end of it :-) extremely spacy, clean, calm room. wonderful. just some little inconveniences. pity that some construction works was ongoing (pool in the 5th floor, Xanadu restaurant on the rooftop closed). wonderful breakfast buffet. WiFi was rather good, simply bit stressing sometimes because after some hours logged out automatically. when I checked out, there was a little stress because they wanted me to pay for stains on 'my' towels. roomservice had complained at the reception for that reason. reception didn't really find the stains on the towels and THE TOWELS WASN'T MINE - i only used the small and medium towels, but 'my' 'dirty' towels was the big size bath towels that i didn't even use....... bit strange. but after complaining, they agreed, i don't have to pay :-)
